Age is calculated by finding the difference between today's date and your date of birth:

1. Years = Current Year − Birth Year 2. If current month < birth month → subtract 1 year, add 12 to months 3. Months = Current Month − Birth Month (adjusted) 4. If current day < birth day → subtract 1 month, add 30 to days 5. Days = Current Day − Birth Day (adjusted)

Total Days = (Today − Birthdate) in milliseconds ÷ 86,400,000 Total Weeks = Total Days ÷ 7 Total Months = (Years × 12) + Months

Example: Born June 15, 1995. On April 1, 2026: - Age = 30 years, 9 months, 17 days - Total Days = ~11,248 - Total Weeks = ~1,607
